There are 2 options if you are flying in for the Symposium
1. Brisbane Airport
2. Sunshine Coast Airport
1. TRAVEL from Brisbane International Airport to Twin Waters
Sun-air operate 16 return shuttle transfers daily between the Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast. The first shuttle departs Brisbane Airport at 6am. Shuttles depart the Brisbane Airport every hour until 9pm for a supervised transfer to/from your accommodation or private address on the Sunshine Coast.
Continuously staffed customer service counters are available at the Brisbane Airport to all arriving passengers and your Sun-air driver escorts you and carries your luggage right to the door. On arrival at the Brisbane International Airport please report to the Visitors Information Counter (this is straight ahead and a little to the left of you as you come out of Customs and Immigration). By booking the transfer independently you will have more flexibility. When you book on-line you will be issued with an e-ticket which has a diagram of the airport.

Arrival at Brisbane Domestic Airport Please report to the Transport Booth Staff on the ground floor. Sun-air depart from the Bus Stop outside the VIRGIN BLUE Arrivals.
2. TRAVEL FROM SUNSHINE COAST AIRPORT to Twin Waters (7km)You can also fly into the Sunshine Coast Airport which is only 7km from Twin Waters. On arrival the best (and quickest) procedure is for you to catch a taxi to the Hotel.
